The fastest route depends on what the question is about:

• Questions about an order — delivery dates, payment, returns — are handled by the retail partner where the order was placed. Use the help section of your order page; that is the fastest route by far.
• Questions about the products themselves — ingredients, flavors, sizes — are answered on each product page here; the label facts are quoted there in full.
• Corrections — if you spot an error in a description or a price, it will be picked up at the next catalog review; prices are re-checked against the retailer’s listings regularly.

Everything else — write to [email protected]. Messages are read in the order they arrive; plain questions about flavors, sizes and availability get the quickest answers.
