Returns

Returns follow the rules of the retail partner where the order was placed. In practice, for dietary supplements that usually means:

• Unopened bottles and packs in their original sealed cartons can typically be returned within the retailer’s standard window.
• Opened supplements are often non-returnable for safety reasons, though damaged-on-arrival items are refunded or replaced — photograph the parcel before opening if it looks crushed.
